  • How to place an order?
    Click the item you wish to purchase, choose your size and length ( if needed ), and click the 'ADD TO CART' button. From there, click the 'CHECK OUT' button and choose a shipping and a payment method. We will update you by the email address you entered at the checkout message, or via our Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp when it is packed and shipped to you.
  • Do I need to register the site to order?
    No, there is no need for any registration, any purchase can be made on the site as a visitor. The information you enter at the checkout page is used to deliver your package and the invoice. If you would like to receive notifications with our most valuable offers and be updated about new collections and hot sales before everyone else, you can subscribe to our newsletter (don't worry, promise not to fill your mailbox).
  • How can I check if my order was received?
    If your order has been received, you will be redirected to 'Thank You' page and will receive a confirmation email. The email will contain all the details of the transaction. You can also contact us via website chat / email / Instagram / Facebook / Whatsapp or the Contact Us page.
  • How can I check my order status?
    Once your order is packed and shipped, we will update you on the tracking code by email / Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp so you can track it and stay up to date at any time. This tracking code is used to track the package at any given moment. To use it, enter it on the website of your country's national postal company and you will receive the relevant information.
  • How can I cancel my order?
    To cancel an order, contact us via Instagram / Facebook / Whatsapp. If the product has not been shipped shipped, you will be refunded using the same payment method when purchasing. If the product has been shipped, it must be sent back up to 48 hours after receiving the product. Once the product arrives back to us and checked for no defect flaws, you will be refunded using the same payment method when purchasing.
  • I placed an order and would like to change the shipping method
    On local orders (Israel), we ship all our orders with express delivery via couriers, so the shipping method cannot be changed. On overseas orders, if the package has not yet been shipped, you can change the shipping method by contacting us on our website chat / email / Instagram / Facebook / Whatsapp or the Contact Us page. We are available and promise to respond as soon as possible to provide you with the best service. Once contacted, it will be possible to change the shipping method you are interested in and if necessary, be refunded or charged. *The additional credit / debit following the change will be made using the same payment method made in the original order.
  • How can I change the address in my order?
    If the package has not yet been shipped, you can contact us on the website chat / email / Instagram / Facebook / Whatsapp or the Contact Us page, and we will update the address. We are available and promise to respond as soon as possible to provide you with the best service.
  • When will the package arrive?
    By local order, the shipment is FREE of charge (for orders above 350₪) and arrives up to two days after being picked up (If the address is not in a kibbutz). If the address is in a kibbutz, please wait a few more days for the package to arrive. By overseas order, our regular delivery is FREE of charge (for orders above 350₪) and comes up to 3 weeks after being picked up. If you would like Express Shipping Abroad (additional charge) - The shipping and the Arrival is up to 5 days, you can contact us via the website chat / email / Instagram / Facebook / Whatsapp or the Contact Us page, and we will update the shipping method.
  • How can I track my package?
    When the package is sent, we will send you the tracking code via email / Instagram / Facebook / WhatsApp at your convenience. By local order, you can follow the package on the Israel Post website and be updated until it arrives. In addition, a courier will contact you via the phone number you entered in the order, to coordinate with you the delivery of the package. If you have not yet received a call from the courier, you can contact us and we will check when the courier is expected to arrive. By overseas order, the package can be tracked through the official postal company website of the country you are located in. The tracking code will keep you informed of every step the package goes through and when it will arrive.
  • I am wondering whether to invite the courier to my residence or work address, what should I choose?
    By local order, shipments are from 8am to 8pm, so it is advisable to choose an address where you will be comfortable receiving the shipment during these hours. By overseas order, if you have made an additional payment for express delivery, the courier will contact you with the phone number you entered when ordering. The working hours of the couriers vary from country to country, so it is recommended to check the shipping time of the official postal company in your country. According to the information on the website you can determine what is the convenient address for you.
  • I ordered an item and would like to exchange it
    Exchanging a product is possible up to 48 hours after receiving the item. You can contact us via the website chat / email / Instagram / Facebook / Whatsapp or the Contact Us page. The reason for returning and the product you wish to replace with must be stated in the message. Once contacted, send the product back in registered mail. When we receive the returned product, we will send a new shipment of the requested product. In addition, you can arrive to our ‘Mia My’ Showroom (located in Tel Aviv, Carlebach 10, 5th floor), return the product and change to another product as requested. * As a result of the change you may be credited / charged according to the price of the new product. * The extra credit / debit due to the item change will be made by the same payment method as the original order. * The shipping of the product back to us will be paid by the customer.
  • I ordered an item and would like to return it
    Returning an item is possible up to 48 hours after receving it. You can contact us via the website chat / email / Instagram / Facebook / Whatsapp or the Contact Us page. The reason for returning must be stated in the message. Once contacted, send the product back to us and after we receive it, you will be credited with the same payment method you paid when making the order (regular payment / Paypal / Bank Transfer / Bit app). * The shipping of the product back to us will be paid by the customer.
  • How long does it take for the package I returned to reach you?
    For customers located in Israel, the return by Israel Post will be received in our offices within 14 business days. As soon as the package arrives, we will contact you via email / Instagram / Facebook / WhatsApp at your convenience. If 14 business days have passed and you have not heard from us, please contact us and we will address the matter immediately. For overseas customers, the shipping back will be returned to our offices within 3 weeks. As soon as the package arrives, we will contact you through via email / Instagram / Facebook / WhatsApp at your convenience. If 3 weeks have passed and you haven't heard from us, please contact us and we will address the matter immediately.
  • Is it possible to return an item on SALE or bought with a discount?
    Of course. The return process will be similar to the process of returning a regular item with no discount, and you will be refunded for the same amont you have purchased.
  • I am wondering which size would fit me
    To help you find the right size, each product page displays the sizes it matches and the measurments in CM and IN. We also have the Size Guide page, and you can always consult us by contacting through website chat / email / Instagram / Facebook / Whatsapp or the Contact Us page.
  • I subscribed the newsletter but haven't received any emails from you yet, why?
    Automatically, promotional emails are filtered to Promotions tab. To recieve our emails and updates, you can flag the emails as important and drag them to your Main / Primary tab - This will redirect future emails from us to your main tab.
  • Can I pay with installments?
    Yes, of course. Up to 2 payments for a purchase over 200 ₪ Up to 3 payments for a purchase over 300 ₪ Up to 4 payments for a purchase over 500 ₪ Up to 5 payments for a purchase over 800₪ Up to 6 payments for a purchase over 1,200 ₪
  • What are the possible methods of payment?
    The site accepts all types of credit cards, so there are no restrictions on certain cards. In addition, using PayPal is also possible, and you can pay using a bank transfer and the ‘Bit’ app after contacting us.   • Is it possible to pay in cash?
    Cash can only be paid in our ‘Mia My’ Showroom which is located in Tel Aviv, Carlebach 10, 5th floor. There is no option to pay with cash on the site.
  • How can I use my Birthday Coupon code?
    First of all, congratulations! On each month we send an email with a birthday discount for those who celebrate. If the email is not in your main inbox, it might have been filtered to Promotions tab. The discount is valid only for the month of your birthday and can only be used once. Once you've selected the products you wish to purchase and added them to your shopping cart, press the CHECK OUT button and you will be redirected to the checkout page. After you enter the shipping information needed, you will see a small text box to enter your coupon code. Copy the code from the email / message you received and paste to the text box, press the confirmation button and the discount will be calculated automatically!
  • Didn't get your Birthday Benefit?
    When placing an order, make sure to fill your bithday and accept our Newsletter. By following these steps, you will be added to Mia My’s customer base and will receive your birthday discount on your birth month. * The birthday benefit applies only to the products purchased through our website and at our ‘Mia My’ Showroom, and does not include the shipping cost.
